Notice is hereby given that the Palmyra Township Planning Commission will hold a public hearing during a Regular Meeting on Tuesday, April 7, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. at the Palmyra Township Hall, 6490 Palmyra Rd., Palmyra, MI 49268, to receive comments on an application submitted by River Raisin Development LLC for an issuance of a special use permit for a residential treatment facility at 3822 Sharp Rd (PA0 119-4890-00), a special approval use under Section 4.2.3(H) of the Palmyra Township Zoning Ordinance.
The application materials may be viewed at the Township Hall by appointment at the Clerk’s office; please call (517) 260-8620. Notice is hereby given that the Palmyra Township Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a meeting and Public Hearing on Thursday, April 9, 2026, at the Palmyra Township Hall at 6:30 pm, to discuss an Application of Variance submitted by Eric Dumire for property PA0-119-4890-00, 3822 Sharp Road, to allow a variance to deviate from the off-street parking requirements stated in Section 8.1 of the Palmyra Township Zoning Ordinance.
